Designing a Cohesive Brand Experience for a Premier Customer Event

The ConvergeOne Customer Summit is a flagship annual gathering that brings together customers, partners, and executives for thought leadership, collaboration, and innovation. In 2024, the challenge was to create a unified design system that elevated the event environment while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

As lead designer, I directed the creative strategy and execution, developing a cohesive identity that spanned stage graphics, directional signage, digital screens, and attendee-facing materials. I also managed production workflows and vendor collaboration to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with C1’s evolving brand standards.
