C1 at Cisco Live

Cisco Live

Cisco Live 2025 brought together thousands of IT professionals, decision-makers, and partners from across the industry. As a top Cisco partner, ConvergeOne needed a standout booth presence that not only cut through the noise of the expo floor, but clearly communicated the full scope of our offerings. The goal: to turn our booth into a branded experience that sparked conversations, elevated awareness, and visually reinforced our position as a hybrid cloud leader.

Creating a Bold, Interactive Booth Experience for a Leading Cisco Partner

I led the creative direction and project management for the booth experience from concept to execution—guiding visual strategy, timelines, and production workflows. I collaborated cross-functionally with internal marketing, product, and events teams, Cisco alliance leads, and managed external partners and vendors to ensure quality and consistency across all touchpoints.

The design centered on four key demo zones—C1 Services, Infrastructure, Security, and Communications—each tailored with distinct visuals while reinforcing the overall booth narrative. The modular layout allowed for intuitive exploration while highlighting our full-service capabilities.

Project Summary

Design and manage a high-impact trade show booth that established ConvergeOne’s strategic presence at Cisco Live 2025. The challenge was to engage visitors, drive demo interactions, and reflect the company’s role as a single-source technology partner. I developed the visual identity, led project workflows, and coordinated with multiple stakeholders to bring the booth to life. The final result was an immersive brand experience that elevated visibility, increased foot traffic, and earned praise from both attendees and leadership.
