ConvergeOne’s annual Circle of Excellence trip celebrates top-performing team members with a luxury getaway, hosted at the W Costa Rica – Reserva Conchal. The goal was to create memorable, high-impact branded moments that elevated the guest experience and reinforced the prestige of the recognition, while being intentional about design spend and focusing on the most visible touchpoints.

Designing High-Impact Touchpoints for a Recognition Event
I led the creative direction, design, and production for the event’s branded materials, identifying the highest-value opportunities to make the experience feel premium and cohesive. Custom hotel room keys were designed as keepsakes guests could take home, while playful, event-branded “Costa Rican Colones” were created for a group shopping excursion, adding an element of fun and immersion to the itinerary.
By focusing on touchpoints guests interacted with most, I ensured brand presence was strong, memorable, and seamlessly integrated into the event experience, without the need for an extensive asset list.
Project Summary
Design and produce impactful branded elements for ConvergeOne’s Circle of Excellence trip in Costa Rica. The challenge was to create a cohesive, elevated experience through a limited number of deliverables, concentrating efforts where attendee interaction would be highest. The result was a polished, memorable celebration that honored top performers, enhanced the sense of exclusivity, and left attendees with tangible keepsakes of their achievement.
